Huawei mobile phones can't make calls, can't accept short messages, and can make calls. What happened?

It may be due to poor contact with the SIM card, so it is recommended to take out the SIM card and reinstall it. First check whether the signal in the status bar of the mobile phone is good. If the signal is not good, try a place with a strong signal.

You can also set a blacklist (call rejection), and cancel it if it is set. Turn on the mobile phone housekeeper to ensure that the incoming number is not intercepted.

Call restrictions may be set on the mobile phone. If so, cancel it and try again: in the dialing interface, click the menu bar in the lower right corner > Call Settings > Card 1/ Card 2 (telecom card without call restrictions) > More > Call Restrictions to see if it is turned on.

If the third-party housekeeper software is installed on the mobile phone, it is recommended to uninstall it.

Or insert the card into another mobile phone. If yes, it is suggested to back up the data and bring the invoice to Huawei for after-sales inspection.
