How to cancel the SMS notification service of Agricultural Bank of China?

Hello! You can cancel the Agricultural Bank of China debit card SMS notification through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "Homepage → All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Maintenance/Logout" (during operation, clear all bound mobile phone numbers displayed on the page), turn off the debit card SMS notification, and there is no need to verify K treasure and K order.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Security→Message Service→Logout", close the debit card SMS notification, and verify the K treasure and K order.

3. Counter: The card owner is required to bring his/her valid ID and bank card to any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide.

4. Customer service manual: When the account status is normal and the service contract is not "suspended" or "abnormally suspended", you can also call 95599 customer service manual to log out.

Warm reminder:

1. If you are notified by SMS that the fee is in arrears, you must pay the fee before you can cancel.

2. If your online banking or mobile banking is registered and opened in Fujian Province (excluding Xiamen), canceling the SMS notification service through mobile banking or online banking channels is not currently supported.

3. If your message service status is normal and you only have one service mobile phone number, you can also send the text message "ZXTZ# last four digits of the account number" to 95599 to cancel the contract.
