Responsible for the comprehensive law enforcement in the field of health in the city. The specific law enforcement is entrusted to the law enforcement team, and the law enforcement is unified in the name of the department. To guide the comprehensive law enforcement work of counties (autonomous counties);

2, coordinate and promote the deepening of medical and health system reform in the city, study and put forward major policies and measures to deepen the reform of medical and health system. Organize and deepen the comprehensive reform of public hospitals, promote the separation of management and operation, improve the modern hospital management system, formulate and organize the implementation of policies and measures to promote the diversification of public health service providers and delivery methods in the city, and put forward policy suggestions on medical services and drug prices.

It is clear that citizens receive medical and health services and enjoy the right of informed consent to matters such as illness, diagnosis and treatment plan, medical risks and medical expenses according to law.
