How to Use Receipt Messages on Enterprise WeChat

1. If the message reading status of enterprise WeChat background chat management is turned on, all messages in the enterprise can get the status of whether the other party has read the message.

2. If the message reading status of enterprise WeChat background chat management is closed, members need to manually open it in the mobile chat window:

(1) Click the+sign on the right side of the dialogue input box, and then select the receipt message button.

(2)[ Receipt Information] appears in the input box. Enter the message you want to send. Receipt messages support words and phrases.
