According to the "Notice on Selecting and Selecting Outstanding College Graduates to Work at the Grassroots Level in 2018" (Lu Zuzi [2018] 14 No.), relevant matters concerning the physical examination work of Dezhou City’s selected outstanding college graduates in 2018 for grassroots work inspections are hereby notified as follows:

1. Physical examination

(1) Participants . Candidates who applied for positions in Dezhou City were included in the "List of Candidates for Shandong Province's 2018 Selection of Outstanding College Graduates for Grassroots Work Inspection and Physical Examination" released by the Shandong Provincial Selection and Relocation Office.

(2) Meeting time and place. Candidates please bring your ID card, interview admission ticket, and a recent 1-inch color photo without a hat (with your name and interview admission ticket number written on the back) to Dezhou City before 6:30 a.m. on June 1, 2018 (Friday). Gather in the courtyard of the Real Estate Management Center (No. 1398, Sanba Middle Road, Decheng District, Dezhou City).

(3) Fees. 340 yuan/person, the candidate is responsible for the fee.

(4) Things to note.

1. Please make sure to rest the day before the physical examination, do not stay up late, do not drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise.

2. On the day of the physical examination, blood collection, B-ultrasound and other examinations are required. Please fast for 8-12 hours before the examination. Do not eat breakfast or drink water on the morning of the physical examination.

3. Please cooperate with the doctor to carefully check all items and do not miss any tests. If you automatically give up a certain inspection item, it will affect your employment.

4. Female subjects should not undergo gynecological and urine examinations during menstruation. They should wait for additional examinations after the menstrual period is over. Those who are pregnant or may have been pregnant should inform medical staff in advance and do not undergo X-ray examinations. .

5. If a candidate intentionally conceals a disease or medical history that affects employment during the physical examination, he or she will not be admitted or the admission will be cancelled. During the physical examination, the candidate colludes with the physical examination staff to cheat or asks others to take over the physical examination and exchange, Those who engage in cheating such as substituting test samples will be refused or their employment will be cancelled, and they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.

(5) Relevant requirements.

1. Unless approved by the Dezhou Municipal Party Committee Organization Department under special circumstances, applicants who do not explain the reasons in advance and do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up automatically.

2. After the roll call, collect the envelope for the mobile phone, write your name, turn off the mobile phone and put it in the envelope, and hand it to the staff for centralized storage.

3. Obey the management of the staff and conduct centralized physical examinations. Do not act alone and do not allow others to accompany you.

4. It is not allowed to interfere with the normal conduct of the physical examination in any form or affect the objectivity and fairness of the physical examination results. Once violations are discovered, employment will be refused or the employment will be cancelled.

5. Applicants must send the text message "My name, interview admission ticket number, and physical examination (waiving the physical examination)" to 15864192780 before 16:00 pm on May 30 for confirmation. Those who give up the physical examination must provide a written statement of waiver, including name, gender, ID number, interview admission ticket number, reason for giving up the physical examination, signature, fingerprint and date. The written statement must be sent by fax to 0534-2687850 before 18:00 pm on May 30.

2. Inspection

(1) Inspection object. Persons who have passed the physical examination.

(2) Inspection time. From June 4th to June 14th, the examinations for candidates in the province are scheduled to take place from June 12th to 14th.

(3) Relevant requirements.

1. During the inspection period, fresh college graduates must wait for the inspection at the institution where they are studying, and keep their mobile phones open. (If the mobile phone number left during registration is changed, please inform the Organization Department of the Dezhou Municipal Party Committee in time. Tel. : 0534—2687873 /2687850). If you are unable to conduct an inspection because you cannot contact me, you will be responsible for the consequences.
