QQ is frozen, how to unfreeze it?

1, open mobile QQ, enter the login page, and enter the QQ number and password on the page.

2. Click Login to open the query window (this account is suspected of publishing/spreading spam/harassment information and has been temporarily frozen, please go to the security center for query or fund management).

5. After completing the security verification, enter the detailed information of QQ number freezing, including the frozen account number, freezing time, freezing source and freezing reason.

6. Click "Modify password and unfreeze immediately" to enter the SMS verification page.

7. Enter the password mobile phone number on the page, and then click Next to enter the SMS verification page.

8. You only need to send a specific SMS to a specific number with your mobile phone to complete the verification, and then you can enter the page of setting QQ password.

9. After the password is set successfully, we can unfreeze our QQ account immediately. If SMS authentication is not available, you need to fill in the information to complete the authentication. As long as the information provided is complete and true enough, it can pass the certification. After the authentication is completed, you can reset the QQ password and unfreeze the QQ number immediately.
