If you forget the screen lock password, you can refer to the following methods:

Case 1: Forget the screen lock password, but you can use your fingerprint or face to enter the desktop.

Please back up the data, connect to the network, enter the mobile phone cloud service-log in the account-find the device-open "Find the mobile phone", use other mobile phones or computers to open the vivo cloud service (web link)-enter the password of the vivo account-find the mobile phone-empty the mobile phone-click "OK" to reset the mobile phone and empty all the data, thus clearing the screen lock password.

Situation 2:

(1) Turn off the machine, and press and hold the volume plus button and the power button for about 5 seconds before turning it on. Press the volume button to select Restore, press the power button to confirm, and click "Clear Data" to clear the screen lock password. If mobile phone search has been started and the network is stable, you can go to the vivo cloud service webpage-search for mobile phones for "data backup" (only data such as address book, SMS, schedule and notes can be backed up, but pictures and videos are not supported);

After the FBE encryption mode is restarted, it will not be unlocked to enter the desktop, and the data cannot be cleared through cloud service instructions.
