Within the administrative area of Wuhan, vehicles carrying highly toxic hazardous chemicals are prohibited from passing all day; From 7: 00 to 22: 00 every day, other dangerous chemicals transport vehicles are prohibited.

During the "military transport" period, dangerous chemicals transport vehicles that really need to be transported need to apply for a "temporary military transport pass". Vehicles holding the Vehicle Pass for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Military Games and the Vehicle Pass for the Rehearsal of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Military Games are only allowed to pass in the "Military Drive" on the opening and closing ceremonies and rehearsal days.
