How to send text messages to mobile phones with web pages?

Taking Beidou SMS as an example, the steps of sending SMS to a mobile phone with a webpage are as follows:

Register and log in to the webpage version of Beidou SMS platform;

Then import the number to be sent, as shown in the figure;

Edit the short message content and detect sensitive words whose keywords are modified;

Finally, click Send.
