3. People in moderately dangerous areas are prohibited from entering new areas. If you really need to travel, you must hold the approval certificate of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters and hold a negative result of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 3 days. Recruits in low-risk areas of Lu 'an City, Hefei City and Yingkou City should declare their basic personal information, arrival time, transportation and health status to their villages three days before arriving at their destinations.
