In order to facilitate the admission procedures, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Registration:
Postgraduate enrollment adopts a combination of online registration and on-site registration. The school is tentatively scheduled to start on August 30, 2022, 3 1, and September 1. The specific time will be determined according to the teaching arrangement and epidemic prevention and control requirements. Please pay attention to the latest notice before school starts.
1. Online registration: From August 24, 2022, log in to the graduate management information system of the graduate school for online registration. The login password is an 8-digit number of the date of birth. 2. On-site registration: After online registration, report to the admitted institution with the admission notice.
West Campus: College of Animal Science, College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering, College of Materials Science and Art Design, College of Food Science and Engineering, College of Science, College of Energy and Transportation Engineering.
East Campus: Agricultural College, Forestry College, Humanities and Social Sciences College, Marxism College and Vocational and Technical College.

Materials to be submitted for registration: ID card, diploma, original and photocopy of degree certificate, and electronic registration filing form of academic certificate of Ministry of Education. Fresh graduates without diplomas will be disqualified. Paper version of re-examination qualification materials, 1 bareheaded one-inch photo (for student ID card).
Second, the transfer of organizational relations
1. Party organization relationship transfer: party member, whose party organization relationship is in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, must go through the "Smart Party Building" system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the online organizational relationship transfer subsystem, and the receiving unit should fill in the "XX College Committee of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University". Party member, whose party organization relationship is outside the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, must issue a paper-based letter of introduction on organizational relationship. The letter of introduction was sent to the Organization Department of the Committee of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and received by the Committee of XX College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. Within two weeks after admission, the student himself will submit the letter of introduction to the party organization of the training college, and the training college will handle the transfer uniformly.
2. Transfer of league organization relationship: online and offline transfer is required. Online "Smart League Building" system transfer: After the new member or the original school organization has established a new league branch organization in each college of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, they log in to the "Smart League Building" system to initiate an application for organizational relationship transfer and transfer it to the league branch of their college. In principle, freshmen start the process of transferring the relationship between league organizations after entering school. Handover of offline league members' files: new league members are required to bring files when reporting for duty, and offline materials are reviewed according to the requirements of various colleges. The head of the College Youth League Committee will check whether the materials of the members meet the standards.
