Why doesn't the p20pro message ring?

1. Please make sure that the following three switches are turned on:

A. "Information >; More > Settings > Notification Ringtones and Vibrations ";

B. "Settings > Applications and Notifications > Notification Management > Information > Allow Notifications", if it has been set to on, please try to close and reopen it;

C. settings > voice > default notification ringtone.

2. Please confirm whether Do Not Disturb mode or silent mode is turned on. When "Do Not Disturb" takes effect, the moon icon will appear in the notification bar, and it will not ring or vibrate when receiving the message.

3. If the above two cannot be solved, please turn on the phone "Settings >"; Applications and notifications > application management > more > show system processes "and find" information >; Store > clear cache ",and restart the phone after clearing cache.

If the above methods fail to solve the user problem, please back up the important data in advance and bring the equipment invoice to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.
