Second, the scope and object of identification

Third, certification bodies.

According to the relevant provisions of the state and province, the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by the county (district) level education administrative department. Senior middle school teachers' qualifications, secondary vocational school teachers' qualifications and secondary vocational school internship guidance teachers' qualifications are recognized by the municipal (state) level education administrative department. Fourth, academic standards.

4. Education and student status information. Applicants can add and modify personal education information in this column. The student status information will be synchronized automatically during the registration process. If the synchronization fails, you need to add your own student status information.

(1) Under the type of "verifying academic qualifications", enter the academic certificate number and click the "Verify" button, and the system will obtain relevant information in the information management system of the National Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com).

(2) If the education information cannot be verified, please check whether the information currently verified is consistent with the "name, ID number and certificate number" in the education certificate information.

(3) If the certificate information cannot be verified through the above steps, please select the type of "unable to verify academic qualifications", fill in the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture is less than 200KB and the format is JPG).

(4) For secondary vocational education such as teachers' colleges and kindergartens, please select the type of "unverifiable academic qualifications", fill in relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the picture is less than 200KB and the format is JPG).

(5) If your education is from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and it is impossible to verify your education, please select the verification type as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or studying abroad, and upload the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificate or foreign academic degree certificate according to step (3).

(2) Registration

During the online application in our district, applicants can log in and register with their own accounts on the "China Teacher Qualification Network".

When applying online, the type of application, domicile and residence permit; Authorized institutions, apply for the qualification of teachers in senior high schools (senior high schools, secondary vocational schools and internship guidance in secondary vocational schools), and choose "Shiyan Education Bureau"; Apply for junior high school and below teacher qualification, choose zhangwan district Education Bureau as the on-site confirmation point and accreditation body.

The applicant selects the appropriate accreditation institution according to the authority and scope of accreditation. The photos uploaded in the system should be recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos with white background. The file format is JPEG/JPG, and the size is no more than 200 K.

5. Servicemen and armed police shall provide military or police officers' certificates. If the service place cannot be shown on the certificate, the personnel relationship certificate issued by the subordinate unit or the personnel department of the unit organization shall be provided. The format of the certificate depends on the regulations of the unit or unit, and the certificate should clearly indicate the applicant's service place.

6. Certificate of passing the examination or "Certificate of Teachers' Professional Ability of Normal School Students" (no need to submit it through electronic information comparison).

7. Recent bareheaded 1 inch color photo on white background (official photo, used to apply for teacher qualification certificate, should be the same as the photo uploaded when applying online, with name and ID number indicated on the back of the photo).

8. Apply for identification at the place where the household registration is located, and submit the original household registration book or collective household registration certificate; To apply for recognition in the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be submitted; To apply for accreditation at the school location, submit the original student ID card or academic certificate with complete registration information (limited to fresh graduates and full-time graduate students of 202 1 full-time colleges and universities in Hubei Province).

To apply for the qualification category of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the above information should be provided, as well as the equivalent professional title certificate of assistant engineer and above or the technical level qualification certificate of intermediate and above workers.

Applicants who practise fraud or cheat teachers' qualifications in the process of applying for accreditation, once verified, will be punished for revocation or loss of teachers' qualifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If the teacher's qualification is cancelled, the teacher's qualification shall not be restored within 5 years from the date of revocation; Those who lose their teacher qualifications may not re-apply for teacher qualifications.
