You can't send text messages when you change your tie.

There may be the following problems, just control them.

1, the cell phone signal is not good. I suggest you try another area with good signal.

2.SMS center is out of order or may be under maintenance. You can try it another time.

3. The phone bill is in arrears or the SIM card is broken. Recharge the SIM card or try to replace it.
