If you receive a text message that is not your own operation, it is recommended to verify whether any family and friends are using Alipay account. If not, you need to contact Alipay customer service for further verification.

It is also possible that someone else used a mobile phone number before and registered an Alipay account, which is a short message triggered by account operation.
