Why did I send a short message that didn't appear on my mobile phone, but the other party has received 2 or 3 messages? What happened?

I've seen this before, and I think it's the signal delay.

It was my idea. When the mobile phone signal is sent digitally, a string of codes will be sent in advance. After the server accepts it, it will analyze it and send it to the receiver. However, the intermediate signal was suddenly interrupted briefly, and the mobile phone mistakenly thought that the transmission failed and the server received it. Because the interval is very short, the server defaults to two messages, so the two messages are sent to the receiver after analysis and processing! ! If there are several interruptions, the server may receive several instructions and send several messages. However, due to the interruption of sending data for many times, the mobile phone will also judge that sending failed because of sending timeout, and there is no information exchange between the server and the sender. This happened! !

This is just my idea. Whether the actual situation is really like this, or otherwise, it is up to the information technology personnel to explain! !

I have also encountered such a situation. Someone sent me a text message and I received it, but after a period of time (long or short, seven or eight hours long, a few minutes short), I received the same, identical text message again, and the time was exactly the same! ! ! Sometimes I get the same message for several days in a row! !
