Can mobile phones and address books send network information for free?

Mobile "and address book" need to charge a traffic fee to send network information. There is no SMS fee.

"He Address Book" is an address book mobile phone application launched by China Mobile. The application can synchronize the contact information in the user's mobile phone to the address book platform in the cloud, and also has the functions of fast search and dialing, SMS management, privacy protection, black and white list, and attribution. Users can query and manage the address book information in the cloud by logging in to official website.

Functional features:

(1) Intelligent dialing: and address book dialing supports inputting some numbers in the mobile phone number and pinyin/initials of the contact name to quickly find the contact.

(2) Network SMS: As an upgrade of traditional SMS, network information provides the sending of text, voice, pictures and other contents on the premise that both parties are online (the generated traffic charges are charged according to the standards of local operators). (Note: Both parties must be registered users of China Mobile and Address Book).

(3) SMS messages per second: SMS messages are sent through the network every second, with a maximum of 50 messages sent at a time; 10 second can send 50 short messages; Send 30 free SMS messages in second mode every month. (Only registered users of China Mobile and Address Book)

(4) Cloud business card: cloud business card information is customized, and the user's personal business card will be pushed to the caller ID interface of the other mobile phone.
