Why doesn't Huawei mobile phone prompt the message sent by WeChat?

There is no prompt in the message of WeChat, which can be viewed as follows:

1. Make sure the phone is not silent.

2. Make sure that you can receive the notice.

Enter settings, search application management, find information, click notification/notification management, and turn on the notification permission switch. If it is open, please close and reopen it and try again.

3. Make sure that Do Not Disturb mode is not turned on.

Enter Settings, search Do Not Disturb, click Enter, and close do not disturb mode.

4. Confirm that the mute notification switch is not turned on. (this operation is only applicable to emui10.x&; Magic 3.x version)

5. Confirm whether the information banner switch is turned off.
