Taobao's bad reviews become favorable comments.

Under normal circumstances, it is best for Taobao to find a buyer to coordinate and solve the problem of changing bad reviews into favorable ones. Generally, if there is no quality problem, most customers still agree to exchange it, with sincerity, or give some discounts or small gifts. There is no way, because some customers don't realize the impact of bad reviews on us!

I also contacted Taobao customer service to explain the reason, but it can't be solved reasonably!
