What is a yellow alert?

AMBER Alert is a kind of alert notice that is disseminated to the public through various media in the United States and Canada when China confirms the occurrence of a child kidnapping case.

"AMBER" is the abbreviation of "America Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response", and it is also named after 1996, a nine-year-old girl who was kidnapped and killed in Arlington, Texas, USA. In Georgia, it is called "Levi's Call", and in some states, it is also named after local missing children.
