If you receive a short message that does not belong to you, you can change or cancel your mobile phone number through the "95598" public platform of China Southern Power Grid, the unified service platform of China Southern Power Grid and the 95598 power supply service hotline. Remote operation is as follows:

1. You can pay attention to and bind "China Southern Power Grid 95598" public platform > "Personal Center" > notification management. On the right side of the corresponding contact's mobile phone number, click the icon next to the pen, click "Delete this mobile phone number", and click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.

2. You can log on to the unified service platform of China Southern Power Grid, click > Online Business Hall > My Account > Message Subscription, click the icon next to the corresponding contact's mobile phone number, click "Delete this mobile phone number" and click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.

3. Call the 24-hour customer service hotline 95598 to cancel.
