How to cancel SMS service fee for postal bank card

The ways of this behavior include cancellation of business outlets, telephone calls, text messages and mobile banking apps.

1. Cancel the business outlets, bring your ID card and bank card to the business outlets of the Postal Savings Bank, fill out the application form, choose to cancel the SMS service, and submit the application form for the staff to handle.

2. Call the official customer service hotline of the Postal Savings Bank to transfer the manual service, inform the customer service staff that they need to cancel the SMS service, provide personal information to verify their identity, and follow the instructions of the customer service staff.

3. SMS cancellation. Edit the short message "QX" with a mobile phone with short message service and send it to 1 1 185. After receiving the confirmation message, the SMS service will be cancelled.

4. Cancel the mobile banking APP, open the mobile banking APP of Postal Savings Bank, log in to the account, find the option of "SMS notification" in "Settings" or "Account Management", choose to cancel the SMS notification service and confirm the operation.
