2. If the application is a combination of a mobile phone and a webpage, the first step is to send a short message to obtain the application code. Mobile users in China should send im to 1700 to get the application code. Unicom users in China, Guangdong, Sichuan, Shanghai, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shandong and Shaanxi should send im to 3777, and Unicom users in other regions should send im to 9777 to get the application code.
