The steps to cancel the appointment for the Section 3 driving license test are as follows:

1. The user logs into the mobile phone "Traffic Management 12123".

2. Click the "More" button below.

3. Click "Cancel Test Appointment" in the Driver's License Business Center.

4. Find the scheduled exam for Subject 3 that needs to be canceled and click Submit.

The driving test center information platform only cancels the scheduled test for subject three, and the latest cancellation time is before 12 o'clock the day before the scheduled test time.
