SMS can't receive verification code

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and the mobile phone cannot receive the verification code, you can check it by the following methods:

1. Restart the network

If the network is delayed or the server communication is delayed, you may not receive the verification code message. Please click the airplane mode in the drop-down menu, then close it, and trigger the sending of short messages under the network again.

2. Check whether the number is in the blacklist.

A blacklist has been set up in the harassment interception of mobile phone housekeepers. Please delete the number from the blacklist if necessary and try again.

3. Check whether the number is set to intercept all strangers.

Please check whether intercepting all strangers is set in the harassment interception of mobile phone housekeeper. Please turn off this switch as needed and try again.

4. Check whether the default application is set for the information.

If you set the third-party SMS application as the default application, please check as follows:

(1) Please set the third-party SMS application as the default application.

Go to Settings, search and enter the default application, find the information, and then select the third-party SMS application to use as the default application.

(2) Please turn off the security protection function of the verification code.

Turn off the verification code safety protection switch.

Tips:

Mobile phones with EMUI 4.0 and below have no verification code security protection function.

EMUI 9。 X & ampEMUI 10。 X & Magic UI 2. X & magic UI 3. X/4.0: If there is no verification code security switch, it is very likely that you deleted the smart message plug-in. You can drop down and search for "Intelligent Message Plug-in" in any blank space on the mobile phone desktop, and click Restore.

5. If it is a mobile card and the enhanced information function is enabled, please switch to ordinary SMS.

Please switch the enhanced information to the general information interface: in the enhanced information chat interface, click the three buttons in the upper right corner > Switch to SMS/MMS.

6. Check whether to save the number to the privacy space.

You can enter the settings, search into the privacy space, open the information to see if you have received the SMS record. If yes, please move the required contact to the main space and try again.

7. Restore the default settings.

EMUI 4。 X: information > menu > settings > restore default settings;

EMUI 5。 X & ampEMUI 8。 X: Info > More > Settings, and select the following to restore the default settings;

EMUI 9。 X & Magic UI 2. X & ampEMUI 10。 X & ampEMUI 1 1。 X & magic UI 3. X/4.0: information >; Three-point button > Settings > Three-point button, select below to restore the default settings.

8. Check whether the SIM card can receive the verification code when it is inserted into other mobile phones.

Insert the SIM card into other mobile phones and check whether you can receive the verification code. If the communication of the third-party server is delayed, the verification code message may not be received. It is recommended to contact the operator or a third-party APP for processing.
