At present, COVID-19 mutant virus strains are highly contagious, concealed, and have no obvious symptoms, and are easy to spread or concentrate on outbreaks. In order to actively respond to the grim situation of epidemic prevention and control, improve the emergency preparedness in our region, improve the emergency response capability, and ensure people's health and life safety, according to the unified deployment of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters and the research of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters, it was decided to carry out full-time nucleic acid testing in Zhuge Town, Licun Town, Pangcun Town and Koudian Town. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

All residents of Zhuge Town, Licun Town, Pangcun Town and Koudian Town.

Third, the sampling location.

Sampling points are divided into fixed sampling points and moving sampling points. Residents are requested to take part in the sampling at the sampling point of their place of residence in principle according to the organization arrangement of community workers. Under special circumstances, they can take the initiative to take part in sampling at the nearest sampling point.

Fourth, special notice

From 8: 00 to 15: 00 on March 26th, all commercial places such as supermarkets, shops and farmers' markets in the sampling area were closed, and all public transportation was stopped. In addition to the necessary posts to ensure the residents' life and the basic operation of the city and the production enterprises that can't stop production, the administrative organs, enterprises and institutions, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens at all levels in the region have a normal rest on March 26.

On March 26th, all the cultural and entertainment venues, stadiums, scenic spots, parks and gardens in the whole region were closed for one day, but closed places where people gathered in the whole region, such as Internet cafes, KTV and entertainment, were closed from March 19.

On March 25th and 26th, vaccination was stopped in the whole area of COVID-19.

Those who have participated in the nucleic acid testing of all staff in the five districts of Luoyang on March 25th, those who have done nucleic acid testing within 24 hours before 8: 00 on the 26th or those who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not take nucleic acid sampling, but they must explain the situation to the community workers in advance, provide proof and register.

Centralized isolation personnel and home isolation personnel in all towns in the region will not participate in this full-time nucleic acid testing work for the time being.

All residents who have participated in nucleic acid testing but have not participated will be given yellow health codes, and at the same time, corresponding legal responsibilities will be investigated according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other relevant regulations.

According to the arrangement of community organizations, residents of all communities and communities are requested to carry valid certificates such as ID cards and foreign identification certificates, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner in different periods, blocks and buildings to ensure that no one is missed. People without ID cards must be accompanied by specific relevant personnel with ID cards, otherwise sampling cannot be completed.

Please do personal protection during sampling, wear a mask all the time, take the initiative to take the temperature test, and keep a distance of more than one meter to avoid gathering and talking with each other and prevent cross-infection during sampling. After the completion of nucleic acid testing, the personnel should return home by themselves, and shall not flow freely because of the completion of nucleic acid sampling.

Special groups that cannot be sampled at centralized sampling points due to serious diseases, severe disabilities, etc. Please report to your community in advance, and the mobile sampling point will come to the door for sampling.

Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the sampling staff to do a good job in sample collection. The public security organs will strictly investigate the legal responsibility of those who refuse to cooperate with or support the nucleic acid detection work, disturb the order, conceal, falsely report or falsify information.
