If you forget the QQ password or the password is stolen, you can verify and reset the password through your mobile phone. The operation steps are as follows:

1. Open QQ in the computer and click "Retrieve Password" in the login window;

2. Select "Find password through mobile phone verification";

3. Enter the mobile phone number, then click "Get Verification Code", then enter the verification code received by the mobile phone and click "OK";

4. Then reset the password, enter the new password twice, and click OK.
