Cannot receive verification code when logging into Palm Golden Eagle

If you cannot receive the SMS verification code for a long time, it may be caused by the following reasons:

Reason 1. The number of acquisition times exceeds the limit

Solution: You can only obtain it every day 20 verification codes. If the number has been exceeded today, please try again tomorrow.

Reason 2: Mobile phone service is not supported

Solution: Currently, all number segments of China’s three major mobile operators are supported. However,

Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas mobile phone numbers

will be restricted by mobile phone service operators and cannot handle mobile phone services. It is recommended that you try to change other mobile phone numbers.

Reason 3. Mobile phone security software interception (for smartphone users who have installed security software)

Solution: Open the mobile phone security software, temporarily turn off the interception function, and then try to obtain verification again code.

Cause 4: The SMS gateway is congested or abnormal

Solution: When the SMS gateway is congested or abnormal, it will cause the sent text messages to be delayed or lost. It is recommended to wait for a while. Time to try again.

Reason 5. The mobile phone is used overseas or using an overseas mobile phone

Solution: Due to the business impact of mobile phone service operators, the verification code cannot be received when the mobile phone is used overseas or using an overseas mobile phone. It is recommended to try changing your mobile phone.

Reason 6: People around you can use it normally, but you can never receive it

Solution: It may be the problem with the phone itself. It is recommended to change the phone card to someone else's phone. Try again.
