Third, physical examination requirements

(1) Candidates are requested to send a screenshot of Longjiang health code and communication big data travel card within 48 hours before the physical examination and a scanned copy of the negative report of nucleic acid detection to the e-mail box hljswzl@vip. 163.com, and the e-mail title is "job code+name+physical examination and epidemic prevention materials" (.

(2) Please do personal protection before physical examination, avoid going to crowded places and contact with irrelevant personnel. Wash your hands frequently, wear masks in public places and keep a safe social distance.

(3) Arrive at the meeting place in strict accordance with the medical examination time. Those who fail to meet the time limit are deemed to have given up their medical examination qualification automatically. If you can't attend the medical examination on the same day due to the epidemic situation, you need to send a statement of suspension of medical examination in advance (refer to the sample of "Statement of Abandonment of Interview" in the interview announcement and attach relevant supporting materials).

(4) During the physical examination, the physical examination shall be conducted in groups according to the arrangement of the staff, and it is not allowed to leave the post or jump the queue without authorization, and it is not allowed to carry or use communication equipment.

(5) Please wear plain clothes during physical examination, do not wear clothes decorated with metal buttons and sequins, and do not carry metal products such as mobile phones, necklaces, pens and keys. Women should not wear dresses, pantyhose and boots. Candidates are required to wear glasses that suit them. People who wear contact lenses need to bring their own nursing supplies.

(6) Please pay attention to rest the day before physical examination, have a light diet, do not stay up late, do not drink alcohol, and abstain from blood products to avoid strenuous exercise. On the day of physical examination, blood collection, B-ultrasound and other examinations are required. Please stop drinking water 8- 12 hours before the exam.

(7) Female subjects don't have gynecological and urine tests during menstrual period, and make-up tests after menstrual period; If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, don't have an X-ray examination. The above situation should be informed to the medical staff of this group in advance and recorded.

(8) Please cooperate with the doctor to check all items carefully, so as not to miss the inspection. If you give up an inspection item automatically, it will affect employment.

(nine) there are fraud, impersonation, concealing medical history and other circumstances that affect the medical examination results, and the employment qualification is cancelled.

Fourth, the epidemic prevention and control requirements

(a) candidates before entering the test center, should accept the "Longjiang health code" and "negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours" examination and temperature measurement. After verification, the "Longjiang Health Code" shows a green code (updated on the same day), the nucleic acid report is negative, the body temperature is below 37.3℃, and there is no abnormality, so a physical examination can be carried out.

(two) candidates in any of the following circumstances, shall not participate in the medical examination:

1. Contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases or asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 within 4 days before physical examination/kloc-0.

2. Before the physical examination 14 days, there are people who have lived in high-risk areas related to the epidemic in China; Within 7 days before the physical examination, there are people who have lived in counties (cities, districts) in high-risk areas involved in the published epidemic in China.

3. On the day of physical examination, "Longjiang Health Code" is displayed as red code or yellow code.

4. COVID-19, who is still in isolation treatment, is diagnosed, suspected or asymptomatic in medical examination; During the follow-up and medical observation, the confirmed cases that have been cured and discharged and the asymptomatic infected persons who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation; Close contacts before the expiration of the isolation period or close contacts of close contacts; In the closed-loop management or "7+7" health monitoring management period.

(3) During the physical examination, candidates are required to always wear N95 masks without breathing valves (masks must be removed when verifying their identities) and pay attention to keeping a safe distance.

(4) In view of the frequent outbreaks in many places in China, candidates are advised to know the epidemic prevention and control policies of test sites in advance and consciously abide by the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness, forge information materials, or truthfully report their history of fever, residence and contact, and refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work, will bear the consequences.
