A, all kinds of personnel control measures

Medium and high risk areas. Personnel in high-risk areas were suspended. In principle, personnel in medium-risk areas will be suspended. If you really need to travel, you must hold the approval certificate of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and hold the negative result of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 72 hours. The management and detection of "14+7" and "4+ 1" shall be carried out for the dragon returning personnel from medium and high risk areas and those who have been to or passed through medium and high risk areas within 14 days, that is, centralized isolation14 days and home health monitoring for 7 days, with at least 65438+ every 7 days.

Low-risk areas in cities with medium and high-risk areas. It is necessary to hold the negative results of COVID-19's nucleic acid test within 7 days. After arriving in Dragon, the local towns and streets will implement home health monitoring measures for 14 days, and carry out nucleic acid testing on 1 7 days and 14 days respectively. At present, the list of cities where high-risk areas are located is attached, and the follow-up control situation is subject to the high-risk areas issued by the state.

Other returnees. In other low-risk areas outside the province, employees who import cold-chain food, people who have direct contact with imported goods at ports, workers in isolated places, workers in transport vehicles and other returnees in the province should hold negative certificates of nucleic acid testing within 7 days, implement home health monitoring measures for 14 days after arriving in Dragon, and conduct nucleic acid testing on the 7th day and 14 days respectively; If there is no negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days, the 1 nucleic acid test will be conducted on 1 day.

Other non-returnees. Other non-returnees pass by with the health code "green code" and flow in an orderly manner on the premise of normal body temperature and personal protection.

Second, other matters.

1. Migrant workers in Shandong Province must report to local villages in advance through the "Independent Reporting System for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Returned Workers in Shandong Province".

2. If the risk level of epidemic situation in the outflow area rises or there is a high risk of epidemic spread within/0/4 days after the arrival of people outside the city, health management measures shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding prevention and control regulations.

3. It is necessary to strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control regulations, do not add grading control measures, do not arbitrarily expand the scope of key populations, do not increase the frequency of nucleic acid detection without authorization, and do not change the way of home health monitoring.
