At this time, no matter how much it costs, you will send a text message to the mobile phone number bound by Alipay. Therefore, if the bank card bound by Alipay opens SMS, it will send SMS as long as it is consumed with the bank card. If you use Alipay offline, you will also send text messages.

Mobile banking has nothing to do with whether the mobile phone receives SMS notification. If the mobile phone number is bound with a bank card and the SMS reminder function is enabled (2 yuan is deducted every month), there will be SMS reminders regardless of operations such as withdrawal and deposit.

Even if the bank card opens mobile banking, there will be no SMS notification if there is no SMS reminder service.

The mobile phone number bound to the bank card is mainly used by banks to send SMS passwords (some banks call them dynamic passwords) when transferring money, online banking remittance, online shopping and other bank funds, that is, to confirm the identity of the person who operates the bank card. Sending SMS to inform the account of fund changes is another function. Although it is also sending text messages to mobile phones, it is not a necessary process of operation. Some banks are free, and some banks may charge extra. The opening mode of SMS notification of bank card is as follows:

1. Opening of bank counter: the cardholder holds the ID card and bank card, applies for opening the SMS reminder service at the bank counter, binds the mobile phone number according to the staff's prompt, and then receives and inputs the verification code to open the SMS reminder service.

2. Opening of customer service phone: Cardholders can dial the customer service line on the back of the bank card to transfer manual services, and provide their own card number, ID number and mobile phone number.

3. Opening online banking: If the cardholder has opened online banking service, he can log in to our personal online banking and choose to open SMS notification service in personal account management.
