The situation of Unicom is not clear now. There are two main situations:

(1) At present, China Unicom needs to consult the attribution of the mobile phone number when it cancels its account in different places;

(2) Users can realize off-site number sales on China Unicom's App. The steps are as follows: On the homepage of China Unicom's mobile phone business hall, click the "Login" option above, and enter the Unicom mobile phone number and service password of the account cancellation to log in. After logging in successfully, click the "service" option below to enter the service list. Select the "Handling" option on the left in the service list to enter the business handling interface.
