Is the lawyer's letter sent by SMS true?

Regular lawyer's letters are delivered directly to the door by postal express in written form, and will not be notified by SMS. You are informed in this way, usually by collection, giving you the illusion that they will sue you and force you to deal with it as soon as possible. This is just one of them. Others pretend to be a court summons, saying that you are going to be sued, when the court will open, and so on. In other words, several people will come to the door and ask you to cooperate in handling the arrears and preparing funds. Anyway, most of the collection methods are these. When you receive a similar message, you must first identify the authenticity, and don't lose your mind as soon as you receive it.

No matter the paper version or the electronic version, the lawyer's letter needs the seal of the law firm and the lawyer's signature or seal. If it's just a text message, it's not a real lawyer's letter. If it is a picture of a lawyer's letter sent by a mobile phone MMS, it may be true. The point is that you will eventually receive a letter from a lawyer. Of course, if the contact address you fill in when you borrow money is different from your current address, you may not receive a paper version of the lawyer's letter. In addition, if you see the information of law firm and lawyer, you can check whether there really is such a law firm and lawyer. Finally, when you are in loans overdue, the loan company will send you a short message to remind you. Ordinary people, because they are not proficient in the law, may believe some powerful collection information sent by loan companies.
