Hello, please use a file manager to copy the downloaded SMS ringtone file to the Storage\Application Data\Sounds directory, and then go to Start Menu → Settings → Select "New SMS" in Sounds The Doraemon SMS ringtone you just put in will do the trick.

It should be noted that the system does not support mp3 format as SMS ringtone by default! And the text message ringtone will not stop until it is played, so please try to use text message ringtones in wav or midi format!
