1. Press Win and I to enter the Windows Settings interface, select the "Account" option, then select the "Login Option" and click "I forgot my PIN".

2. On the Enter Password page, enter the password for the Microsoft account, and then click Next.

3. On the Information Protection page, select to receive the verification code by SMS or email. If you choose SMS, please type the last four digits of the phone number, and then click Next. After receiving the verification code sent by SMS or email, enter the corresponding verification code and click Next.

4. Click Continue and set a new PIN.
