1. Please confirm that you can provide a valid scan or digital photo of the ID number corresponding to the account number.

2. Log in to Perfect Customer Service Center's anti-addiction information modification page:/self/help _ fax/2011124/89045.shtml.

3. After logging in, fill in and submit relevant information → upload a valid scanned copy of the ID number corresponding to the account number on the jump page (if the certificate is not an ID card, please upload the corresponding scanned copy in "Other Certificates") → click "Upload" after agreeing to the agreement.

We will complete the processing as soon as possible after receiving the e-fax and verifying it, and it will not exceed 3 days at the latest. Please rest assured.

Tips There are several points that you need to pay attention to (very important):

1. If SMS service is enabled in your account, we will notify you to accept the fax through SMS after receiving your e-fax (SMS notification will be sent when this type of fax is reviewed and rejected). If the SMS service is not enabled, an email will be sent to the bound mailbox corresponding to the account.

2. Please record the exact fax service code. After sending the e-fax 1 hour, you can log in to the following website and use the 13 digit fax service code to check the fax processing progress:/self/help _ fax/201124/89025.shtml.

3. If the certificate is a second-generation resident ID card, please scan/photograph both sides (please scan/photograph the front of the first-generation ID card).

4.
