How to send text messages?

SMS is a simple and quick way of communication. Here are the steps to send a text message:

Step 1: Select SMS application.

First, you need to choose a short message application. Most smartphones have built-in SMS applications. You can also download other SMS applications from the app store, such as WhatsApp, WeChat and so on.

Step 2: Create a new SMS

Open the SMS application of your choice and create a new SMS. Enter the phone number of the person you want to send the message to in the To box. If you want to send it to more than one person, please enter all phone numbers in the recipient box, separated by commas.

Step 3: Write the short message.

Write down the short message you want to send in the short message box. SMS is usually limited to 160 characters, so please make sure your SMS is short and clear.

Step 4: Send SMS.

When you finish writing the message, please click the send button. Your message will be sent to the recipient you selected immediately.

Step 5: Receive SMS.

When your friend replies to your message, you will receive a new message. Open your SMS application to view your new SMS.

Step 6: Delete the message.

If you no longer need to save the message, you can delete it. In the SMS application, press and hold the SMS you want to delete, and then select the Delete option.

Step 7: Ensure SMS security.

SMS usually contains private information, so please ensure that your SMS applications and devices are secure. Lock your device with a password or fingerprint identification to ensure that only you can access your SMS.
