The black screen of the mobile phone screen can't be lit. I suggest you try the following:

When the screen is blank during the call, you can wipe the position of the distance sensor down to prevent it from being blocked, or (press and hold the power button to restart the machine forcibly) enter the hardware detection mode after the restart to calibrate the distance sensor (the standard/enhanced version of Redmi mobile phone 2A does not support calibration).

A black screen appears during use. Try to press the power button repeatedly to see if you can light up the screen. If you light the screen again after locking the screen, you can see the screen locking interface, but the screen is still black after unlocking, which may be caused by abnormal software currently used. You can return to the desktop or enter the multitasking interface to empty the application background and try to open it again.

Try plugging in the charging cable to see if the breathing light lights up. If the light is on, try to press and hold the power button 10S or more to forcibly restart the phone and turn it on to see if the display is normal.
