In accordance with the deployment requirements of the Party Committee and government of the autonomous region and the epidemic prevention and control headquarters, we will resolutely block the occurrence and spread of the epidemic on campus. The school epidemic prevention and control, education and teaching work in relevant areas are hereby notified as follows:

1. From now on, Yinchuan, Shizuishan, Wuzhong, Zhongwei and the primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, secondary vocational schools and off-campus training institutions under their jurisdiction will completely suspend offline education and teaching activities. Boarding schools and secondary vocational schools adopt closed management according to the actual situation.

Second, the cities, counties, districts and schools under their jurisdiction involved in the suspension of classes should strictly implement the Notice of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region on Doing a Good Job in Network Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools in Epidemic Areas (10122), set up online classes in time and designate the person in charge to co-ordinate network teaching during the suspension of classes. Closed schools carry out teaching in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

Third, strictly implement the campus guard management system during the epidemic, and strictly control the entry of irrelevant personnel. Boarding schools and secondary vocational schools should strictly control the take-away food entering the campus to prevent the virus from spreading through the food chain. 4.
