Send SMS QXJTCY to 10086 to unsubscribe from the mobile home network.

Other unsubscribe methods are:

1, dial 10086, press 0 to transfer to manual customer service, and ask customer service to cancel.

2. Click to log in to official website, click Self-Service-My Business-View More Services-Family Number Management, and click Unsubscribe.

3. Bring your ID card to the local business hall to unsubscribe.

You can also access the website of China Mobile through official website operation. You can go directly to the website as shown below.

1 login user name and password. If you forget the service password, you can log in with SMS verification code.

Find the family number management in my service, and click enter.

I have opened two family number packages, the long-distance family package and the home network package. Click Settings.

You can click Modify or Delete.

Click Delete, and a button will pop up to confirm. Click OK.
