I bought a mobile version of Lenovo Music Lemon K3 last Sunday. Why can't my phone read the contacts in the address book? Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't.

A. If it can't be read in the contact interface, I suggest you try:

Contacts are usually stored in the sim card of the mobile phone and the storage space of the mobile phone body. You can click the contact icon (second) under menu key-Contact Settings-Contacts to be displayed to view and determine the current storage location of contacts.

If the contacts in the sim card cannot be read, it is recommended that you try to copy the contacts to the storage space of the fuselage. The operating steps are as follows: contact icon (second) below-menu key-import/export contacts-select "import from USIM card"-click Import. If the operation fails, please refer to the following suggestions:

1. We suggest that you change your sim card for comparison. If other sim cards can be used normally, please contact the operator for specific testing and handling.

2. Please go to System Settings-Applications-All and select the contact program (or Lenovo Address Book) to try to clear the data, so as to eliminate abnormal programs (pay attention to backing up important contacts, text messages and other materials);

If you can't read the contacts in the body storage space, we suggest that you refer to the following suggestions:

1. Please go to System Settings-Applications-All, and select the contact program (or Lenovo Address Book) to try to clear the data, thus eliminating abnormal programs (pay attention to backing up important contacts, text messages and other materials).

2. It is recommended to back up the data and try to restore the factory settings;

B. If the contact can read normally, I suggest you try other SMS sending methods. Click the contact icon below (the second one)-click the contact to enter the viewing interface-click the information icon-enter the content-click the send icon;

C. If the above methods can send SMS normally, it may be that the information program is temporarily abnormal, and try to restart the mobile phone;

D. Enter Device-Application-All System Settings, find the program related to "Information" (or Lenovo Address Book), and click Clear Data before observing and using it. (Pay attention to backup important contacts, text messages and other materials)

E. It may be that some installed third-party software, such as third-party SMS software, has an abnormal conflict, so try to uninstall it. Or after backing up the important information of the lower fuselage, restore the factory settings to see if it can be improved.
