Why didn't the SMS notification of the rural commercial bank suddenly wake up?

The short message notification service of Agricultural Bank of China stopped due to arrears, which made it impossible for users to receive short messages sent by the bank. 1. Open the Rural Commercial Bank and click My Account.

2. Click Settings in the upper right corner.

3. On the Settings page, click SMS notification.

4. SMS notification does not remind you because you already owe money. Click to pay the arrears.
