You don't need to buy hardware in advance, but you can create any number of ECS instances of Cloud Server at any time according to your business needs. In use, with the expansion of business, the disk can be expanded at any time to increase bandwidth. If the cloud server is no longer needed, resources can be released at any time to save money.

All resources involved in ECS, including instance specifications, block storage, mirroring, snapshots, bandwidth and security groups. You can configure your ECS resources through the Cloud Server Management Console or the Alibaba Cloud application.
