Is it free to use imessage on IPAD?

No charge, imessage is charged according to the flow.

The method is as follows:

1. To activate iMessage, first find the "Settings" icon on the iPad; Next, find "Information" in the left pane; Enter our Apple ID and password in the right pane of the window, and then click Login.

2. The system will display the account address we use to communicate with others, and click "Next" in the upper right corner; Please wait a moment, and the system will verify our Apple ID account. Finally, after system verification, it shows that iMessage has been activated.
