1. If the content of the information sent by the ex-husband of the party concerned is to fabricate facts to infringe on the reputation and personal dignity of the party concerned, the other party's behavior is suspected of fabricating facts to slander others. The crimes mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be dealt with only if they are told, except those that seriously endanger social order and national interests.

If the victim informs the people's court of the acts specified in the first paragraph through the information network, but it is really difficult to provide evidence, the people's court may request the public security organ to provide assistance.

4. If a citizen's right to name, portrait, reputation and honor is infringed, he has the right to demand to stop the infringement, restore his reputation, eliminate the influence, make an apology, and demand compensation for losses.

Where the right of name, reputation and honor of a legal person is infringed, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply.

5. If a natural person brings a lawsuit for compensation for mental damage to the people's court because of the illegal infringement of the following personality rights, the people's court shall accept it according to law:

B. Right to name, portrait, reputation and honor;

C. the right to personal dignity and personal freedom.
