How to unbind a mobile phone bound to Taobao

If you want to change your mobile phone, you can log in to My Alipay - Mobile Service - "Application to unbind mobile phone (all mobile phone services will be cancelled)"

You can choose from the following three How to cancel mobile phone binding.

Method 1: Enter the verification code and payment password received on your mobile phone, and click "Unbind".

Method 2: You can choose "Cancel mobile phone binding with security protection questions"; if your security questions have not been set yet, you need to log in to Alipay - My Alipay - My Account - Set security protection questions.

Method 3: If you forget the answer to the password protection question in your account, you can submit an application form and contact customer service for processing.
