Open AliPay login → click more on the homepage → click to find city services in convenient life → click to find social security query in government affairs → click to find personal account balance in medical insurance account query.

4. Telephone enquiry

Call the social security service hotline "12333", inquire about the balance of medical insurance card according to the voice prompt or directly transfer to manual service and provide information such as ID card.

5. Internet inquiry

Log in to official website, the local social security bureau, and enter your personal account number and password according to the page prompts. You can check the balance of the medical insurance card after logging in.
