Can I receive the overdue transfer of Ping An Bank documents?

If your ID card reserved in our bank expires more than 60 days, it will affect your fund income. Please update your valid ID card in time. The update requirements are as follows:

1. If your ID card is about to expire or has expired, but the account has not been stopped by the system, the valid certificate reserved for opening an account is the ID card. You can log in to Ping An Pocket Bank APP- Home-More-Identity Authentication and upload the new ID card image data to complete the self-service update;

2. If the account payment has stopped, please bring your new ID card and bank card to any branch of our bank to maintain the information;

3. Other documents (including temporary id card): You can renew the validity of the documents at any branch of our bank with valid documents, and your account will return to normal after the renewal.
