How to open the CCB dual-currency card?

Do you want to apply for a CCB dual-currency credit card or have you already activated it?

If you haven't applied yet, you can apply online at CCB Credit Card official website or through mobile banking, because it is more convenient to apply through online channels. Fill in your application materials completely after logging in, and you will be notified by SMS if there are preliminary results after submission. You can bring SMS to the nearest CCB outlet for face-to-face interview (customers who already hold CCB credit card or CCB network shield can omit the face-to-face interview), and just wait for good news at home after the face-to-face interview. If the card is passed and the card is ready, I will inform you by SMS. You can receive the credit card about 10 days after receiving the SMS. For customers who apply for CCB credit card for the first time, the whole review time is generally 20 working days.

If you have received the card, you can activate it in the following ways:

1. Online Banking U Shield customers can log in to CCB Online Banking directly, select the "Credit Card-Credit Card Opening" menu to open the card and set the password;

2. outlets: bring your valid ID card to any outlet of CCB for card opening and password setting.

3. Customer service hotline: Call the customer service hotline with the reserved bank mobile phone, and select the "Card Opening and Password Service" menu according to the prompt.
