When the phone is turned off or out of the service area for incoming call reminder, the incoming call information for no more than 24 hours during this period will be saved through the call reminder platform until the phone is restored. Customers cannot use the incoming call reminder when setting up call forwarding. They can use the incoming call reminder after canceling the call forwarding setting.
